Power Boxing classes are one of the most effective methods to get in shape & build explosive power and strength.
What do Power Boxing classes involve?
Classes are intense and involve: bag work, kettlebells, battle ropes, box jumps, and specific boxing and conditioning exercises that professional boxers are put through.
Who are Power Boxing classes suitable for?
They are suitable for both men and women with all levels of fitness who want to:
- increase their cardio fitness
- gain explosive power
- lose weight & burn fat
- tone arms and legs
- get a flat stomach
What can you expect from Power Boxing?
You can expect to:
- burn up to 800 calories per workout

Who will be training you?
The Power Boxing classes are run by Terry and Manny, who are certified boxing coaches and former boxers.
Please book in at least 5 minutes in advance to attend any of our classes. If you missed the 5 min window for booking we’ll book you in at the reception depending on availability.
Cancellation policy: minimum 8 hours
Membership (monthly recurring payment) is suitable for you if you know you will be attending 12, 16 or 24 classes per month. You can attend any of the HIIT Boxing, Power Boxing, Metabolic Conditioning and Strength & Conditioning classes. Minimum 3 month sign up.
