What do Power Boxing classes involve?

Classes are intense and involve: bag work, boxing techniques and specific boxing and conditioning exercises that professional boxers are put through.

Who will be training you?

The Power Boxing classes are run by David and Nathan, who are certified boxing coaches and former boxers.


Remember, when you book a series of classes you can mix and match between Power Boxing, HIIT Boxing, Strength & Conditioning and Metabolic Conditioning.

Please book in at least 30 minutes in advance to attend any of our classes. If you missed the 30 minute window for booking please give us a call and we can fit you in depending on availability.

Cancellation policy: minimum 8 hours


Membership (monthly recurring payment) is suitable for you if you know you will be attending 12, 16 or 24 classes per month. You can attend any of the HIIT Boxing, Power Boxing, Metabolic Conditioning and Strength & Conditioning classes. Minimum 3 month sign up.
