Metabolic Conditioning is a challenging full body workout combining three elements wrapped into one:
- resistance training
- functional movement

Cancellation policy: 8 hours
Membership (monthly recurring payment) is suitable for you if you know you will be attending 12, 16 or 24 classes per month. You can attend any of the HIIT Boxing, Power Boxing, Metabolic Conditioning and Strength & Conditioning classes. Minimum 3 month sign up.
