Body Transformation is an 6 week intense programme (18 grueling sessions) designed for those who want to learn how to get long term sustainable results. We will help you reduce your body fat, lose inches and improve your muscle definition.

What does the programme involve?
The Body Transformation programme includes:
- 18 intense classes (each 45 minutes long)
- 6 HIIT CLASSES (high intensity interval training) to speed up your metabolism and burn fat fast
- 6 AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) to improve your fitness & increase your energy levels
- 6 S&C (Strength & Conditioning) to dramatically improve muscle definition in a short period of time
- healthy meal plan

- Access to video on how to measure yourself correctly
