Can I try the Gym for visit?
Yes. Please select the Introductory Offer and then book the class you would like to attend.
How much is the membership?
We have several memberships. You can check them out here.
Can I buy a series of classes instead of a membership?
Yes. You can buy a series of 10, 20 or 50 classes. Check out the prices here.
Can I share my classes or membership with my friend?
No. Memberships, courses or private appointments can not be shared or transferred to another person.
Do I need to book in for a class even if I have a membership?
Yes. Classes are caped at 16. To secure your spot you need to book at least 2 hours before the class starts.

What is the easiest way to book a class?
What do you mean by no-contract membership?
Exactly that. Your membership is on a month-to-month commitment. You can cancel it by giving 30 days notice.
I signed up for a course. Can I hop in to another class if I miss one or more classes on the course?
No. When you enroll for a course you are buying a spot on that course. To book in for a different class you will need to purchase a pass.
I'd like to enroll for one of your courses, but I won't be able to attend all the classes. Can I get a discount?
No. When you enroll for a course you are purchasing a spot on that course. We can’t resell your unattended classes.
Can I carry over unused classes from the previous month?
No. It’s up to you to use all your classes each month.
What is the maximum number of people attending each class?
The classes are capped at 16. That’s why we recommend that you book in advanced for your favourite classes.
Do you provide parking?
No. There is Pay and Display on street parking. Please check street signs and rates.
Do you provide shower and changing facilities?
Yes, we provide showers, lockers, hair dryers and hand dryers.
Do you provide one to one training and boxing coaching?
What is your cancellation policy?
We operate an 8 hour cancellation policy for all group classes and 24 hour for private appointments. Classes/appointments cancelled within less than this time period will be charged in all instances.
We operate a 30 day cancellation policy for all memberships. Clients wishing to cancel their membership can do so by emailing to email@example.com.

Can I use the Gym whenever I like?
No. You can only use the gym when you are attending classes, courses or private appointments.
Do you offer corporate memberships?
Yes, for 15 or more employees from the same company. For further details please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
