What is Body Transformation?
Body Transformation is a 6 week intense programme (18 grueling sessions) designed for those who want to learn how to get long term sustainable results. We will help you reduce your body fat, lose inches and improve your muscle definition.
Who is Body Transformation suitable for?
It’s suitable for both men and women with all levels of fitness who are serious about getting fit and want to:

What does the programme involve?
The Body Transformation programme includes:
- 18 intense classes (each 45 minutes long)
- HIIT (high intensity interval training) to speed up your metabolism and burn fat fast
- AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) to improve your fitness & increase your energy levels
- GVT (German volume training) to dramatically improve muscle definition in a short period of time
- healthy meal plan
What is included?
- Access to video on how to measure yourself correctly
- Meal plan (rational meal plan, no starvation here!)
- 18 gruelling sessions

Who will be coaching you?
You will be trained by Stephane, our conditioning coach. He will motivate you, correct your technique to make sure you are performing all exercises correctly and you get the best possible results.
